Follow-up emails: turning them on for a quiz

What follow-up emails do

Tiquiz itself sends a short email sequence to each lead after the quiz. Each result profile has ITS OWN sequence: their result, then a tip, what holds them back, your offer, and a last email to stay in touch.

No separate autoresponder needed, and the quiz doesn't even need a connected tool: Tiquiz does the sending.

Turning them on, step by step

  1. Open your quiz from My projects, then the Emails tab at the top of the editor (between Automate and Results).
  2. Pick a profile, then click Write the emails with AI (or Write it myself). Writing takes about a minute: keep the window open.
  3. Review each email and fill in anything in square brackets.
  4. On the Sender line, click change: set the display name, the address where replies land and your postal address. These settings apply to all your quizzes.
  5. Click Save, then Send me a test.
  6. Click Activate.

Repeat step 2 for each profile: a profile without emails gets nothing.

Is the Activate button greyed out?

Tiquiz lists what's missing under Before activating, with a button to jump to the next item: no postal address, no email written, a passage in square brackets left to fill in, a button without an address, an empty subject line. Only the emails included in your plan count.

Which address your emails come from

By default, your emails go out under your name (the display name you choose), from a shared Tiquiz sending address ending in @mail.tiquiz.fr. On a paid plan, they can go out from your own address ([email protected]): My domain tab of the same window, step by step in the article "Sending your follow-up emails from your own domain". When a lead replies, the reply goes to the address you confirmed with a code. Without a confirmed address, it goes to your Tiquiz account address.

What happens next

  • Only leads who take the quiz after activation get the sequence. Earlier leads get nothing: they aren't expecting it.
  • Pause stops all sending for this quiz. When you resume, each lead's schedule shifts by the length of the pause.
  • A lead who retakes the quiz and gets a different profile restarts from email 1 with the new profile's sequence.
  • On a survey, AI writes 2 emails: a thank-you, then what the answers taught you.
  • The Tracking tab shows what went out, was opened, clicked, and where each lead stands.
