Follow-up emails: writing and editing an email
Having AI write the emails
In the quiz's Emails tab, pick a profile and click Write the emails with AI. A window asks what you offer this profile: the name of your offer, what it changes for them, the format, the price, the guarantee. Everything is optional, but the more precise you are, the better the emails.
AI writes 5 emails (2 for a survey), then proofreads them (rhythm, clarity, spam traps). It never makes up a number or a testimonial. Careful: running the writing again replaces this profile's emails.
To get your own voice, open My voice in the sender settings and paste a few of your texts, your story in a few lines, and real client testimonials.
Anything in square brackets is yours to fill in: you can't activate while some are left.
Editing by clicking inside the email
- Click any text to rewrite it. The subject and preview line are at the top.
- Add a block: Text, Button, Image, Quote, Bonus, Divider.
- Field inserts lead information: first name, last name, email, profile, score, phone, country, and your form's custom fields. An empty field disappears cleanly: "Hi {first name}," becomes "Hi," when the lead gave no first name.
- Bonus shows the bonus from your Share tab, to leads who unlocked it by sharing, or to everyone with Give it to everyone.
Timing and order
Under each email, the send setting picks the delay: right away (a few minutes after the quiz) or day 1, day 3... Delays count from the quiz. You can reorder emails, add some (up to 7 per profile) or delete one: leads who haven't received it yet move on to the next.
Saving and testing
Everything is saved as a draft while you type, but leads get the saved version: click Save. Send me a test sends the displayed email to your account address, with your own details in place of a lead's.
