The method

Inside Zapier, the “New Entry” trigger on the Typeform side, the “Create or Update a Contact, Including Adding Tags” action on the Systeme.io side. Map the email field, pick the tag, test the Zap with a real submission, then switch it on.

Two details cost you an hour when nobody warns you. The email field has to be a real email-type field inside Typeform, otherwise Zapier hands you a list of fields without it. And the tag has to exist inside Systeme.io before you configure the Zap, otherwise it never shows up in the dropdown.
