Popquiz: a quiz inside your video

Capture while they're watching

A popquiz is your video with questions appearing at moments you choose. The viewer answers without leaving the video, and you collect their answers exactly like a normal quiz.

It is built for webinars, sales videos and course modules: the moments when someone is already giving you several minutes.

Before you start

You need an existing quiz. A popquiz does not write questions, it borrows them from a quiz in My projects. Create the quiz first, the popquiz second.

Three steps

1. Your video. Either a link (YouTube, Vimeo…) or a file you upload (MP4, WebM, MOV). Uploads resume where they stopped if your connection drops, as long as you leave the tab open.
2. Your markers. Hit play, then click the timeline where you want a question to appear. As many markers as you like.
3. Publish. While it is a draft, nobody but you can open it.

Sharing it

Two ways:

• The direct link, to send or post.
• The embed code, to paste into a page on your site or in Systeme.io. The video shows up inside, questions included.

If you connected your own domain, the link carries your domain.

Where to put markers

Just after you've given something useful, never before. A question that lands before the value feels like a toll gate; the same question thirty seconds later feels like an exchange.
