Multi-workspaces: one space per brand or client

What it is for

Multi-workspaces give you several separate spaces inside one Tiquiz account. Each space has its own quizzes, surveys, popquizzes, leads and stats. You switch between them without logging out, and nothing gets mixed.

It is built for agencies, people who build quizzes for clients, and anyone with several audiences (coaching and a shop, for instance) they want to keep apart.

It is a Monthly PLUS and Yearly PLUS feature.

How to do it

1. At the top of the screen, open the space selector (it shows "My space" to begin with).
2. Click New project and name it, for example after the client or brand.
3. You can give it a colour, an icon and a logo to recognise it at a glance.

To switch space, open the same selector. Anything you create next goes into the space shown.

With PLUS plans, connections are unlimited: you can connect each client's Systeme.io or GoHighLevel account, and choose in each quiz which one receives its leads.

Deleting a space

Nothing disappears: its quizzes and popquizzes move to your main space and stay live, with the same public links. History (leads, stats) stays available.

Domain names

Each space has its own domain names (Settings > Domain). A domain added in one space only shows in that space, and that is the only place you can edit or delete it. Domains added before October 11, 2026 are marked "Shared across your spaces": they still show in every space, as before. To keep one in the space it belongs to, open that space, Settings > Domain, and click "Keep in this space only". Deleting a shared domain removes it from all your spaces (a confirmation reminds you).

Don't confuse

• My projects, in the left menu, is the list of your quizzes, surveys and popquizzes in the space you are in. It is not a separate space.
• Tipote is a different app with its own account: its projects have nothing to do with Tiquiz spaces.
• There are no separate logins for collaborators: a Tiquiz account has one person signing in. To share answers with a team, export the CSV from the quiz's Results tab, or let your team work in your CRM, where the profile tag lands on each contact automatically.
