Sending a whole quiz to someone
One link, one click, and the quiz is theirs
You built a quiz for a client, for a student, or as a template to reuse. You can send the whole thing: they open the link, they click, and the quiz is installed in their Tiquiz account. Texts, images, questions, answers, points and result profiles included.
Yours does not move. It is not transferred, published or changed: they get a COPY.
How to do it
In My projects, on the quiz card, the Give a copy of the quiz button. Give the link a name so you can find it again (the prospect's name, for instance): that name is never shown to them, it is a note for you.
This is not the link for taking the quiz: that one is in the editor's Share tab. This link installs a copy of the quiz in the other person's account.
By default the link works only once. Untick the box to hand it to several people, for instance a template you give to a whole group.
The link is copied straight away: all you have to do is paste it into your message.
What travels, and what stays with you
Travels: titles, questions, answers, points, result profiles, images, colours and layout. Everything you wrote.
Stays with you, and that is not an oversight:
- your Systeme.io tags. If they travelled, their leads would fire YOUR automations and land in YOUR email sequences;
- your tracking pixels (Meta, Google Analytics, Google Ads). Otherwise their quiz would send conversions into your ad account;
- your button URLs, your privacy policy link, your footer. Otherwise their visitors would land on your site, and a legal link pointing somewhere else is not merely awkward, it is wrong.
They see that list written out at install time, with what is left for them to fill in. They do not have to guess.
The quiz arrives as a draft
Always. It only goes live when they decide, once they have set their own tags and links. It is the only way to avoid a published quiz whose button leads nowhere.
Cutting a link
In the same window, each link shows how many times it has been used, and a Disable button. A disabled link can no longer install the quiz, and one click re-enables it. Create as many as you like, one per person.
They need a Tiquiz account
They can see the quiz preview without an account: that is exactly the point when you are showing your work to a prospect. Installing it needs an account. If they are not logged in, we take them to log in and bring them back to the link.
And the free plan is still limited to 1 quiz: installing a shared quiz counts as a creation.
