Follow-up emails: tags in Systeme.io and GoHighLevel
Tiquiz emails feed your tool
Follow-up emails don't replace Systeme.io or GoHighLevel: they handle what comes right after the quiz, and tell your tool what happened through three tags, all optional.
| Tag | When it's added | Where to set it |
|---|---|---|
| Click tag | the lead clicks that button | on each button, Tag on click field |
| End tag | the lead received the last email of their sequence | Emails tab, tags section |
| Unsubscribe tag | the lead unsubscribes | Emails tab, tags section |
They're added in the tool connected to the quiz, the same one that receives the lead.
Good to know
- A quiz connected by webhook doesn't receive these tags.
- The end tag is only added when the sequence runs to the end. A lead stopped earlier (plan limit, no consent, unsubscribe, invalid address) doesn't get it.
- A tag doesn't trigger anything on its own: you need an automation that starts on it.
In Systeme.io
Create an automation rule or workflow: trigger Tag added, pick the tag, then for example the action that subscribes the contact to an email campaign.
In GoHighLevel
Automations, Workflows: trigger Contact Tag, filter Tag Added, pick the tag. Then for example create an opportunity in your pipeline for a "Book a call" click tag, or add the contact to a campaign for the end tag.
