The Automate tab: putting your tags to work

What this tab is for

Tiquiz applies a tag to the contact of everyone who answers. A tag triggers nothing on its own: without an automation in your tool, the person gets their tag and nothing else.

The Automate tab, in each quiz's editor (and each survey's), tells you exactly what to create in your tool for THIS quiz. It adapts to the destination chosen for the quiz: Systeme.io, GoHighLevel or webhook.

What it shows

The list of this quiz's tags, grouped:

• Your result profiles: the tag is applied as soon as the visitor gets that profile;
• Score bands, on a scored quiz: one automation per band you want to handle;
• Your share bonus: the tag applied when the visitor shares your quiz;
• on a survey, the tag applied to everyone who answers, and the tags of answers you tagged.

Click a tag to copy it. Names must match character for character in your tool.

The recipe, the same for every tag

Systeme.io, three clicks per tag:

1. Create a workflow and name it after the tag.
2. Trigger: "Tag added", then pick that tag.
3. Action: "Subscribe to an email campaign" (or "Send an email" to deliver a bonus), then pick what the person should receive.

GoHighLevel:

1. Create a workflow (Automations, Workflows) and name it after the tag.
2. Trigger: "Contact Tag", filter "Tag Added", then pick that tag.
3. Action: "Send Email" or "Add to Campaign".

Webhook: nothing to create in Tiquiz. Your tool receives each lead with the profile name (profile field), its tag (profile_tag) and the list of tags (tags field), and it decides what to do.

Tiquiz creates a missing tag in Systeme.io itself. So you do not need to create your tags in advance: only the automations.

Alerts to watch

The tab warns you when something stops the automation from working:

• no connection linked to this quiz: no contact is created and no tag applied. Pick a destination in the Create tab, "Where this quiz's leads go" block;
• a profile without a tag: people who get it cannot be recognised anywhere in your tool;
• a share bonus without a tag: you will not be able to send the bonus automatically;
• a paused or disconnected connection: nothing goes out until you resume it in Settings > Connections.

When a profile is linked to a Systeme.io course or community, the tab says so under "Nothing to create for these profiles": Tiquiz opens access by itself, and an extra rule would open it twice.

Testing

Take the quiz with your own email, then look at the contact in your tool: the tag should be there and the automation should have started. Systeme.io does not re-fire an automation if the tag is already present: remove it by hand before each new test with the same email.
