Connecting your tools: Systeme.io, GoHighLevel, webhook

Where your leads go

Tiquiz sends each lead to the tool you choose. It is set in two places:

  1. Settings > Connections: you connect each tool, once.
  2. In each quiz, Create tab, quiz settings ("Quiz management" group), Where this quiz's leads go block: you choose where THIS quiz's leads go. If you choose nothing, the default connection applies. A quiz has one destination.

Three tools are available on every plan: Systeme.io, GoHighLevel and the webhook. Brevo, ClickFunnels and Podia show in the list, but they are not available yet.

Each Systeme.io key, each GoHighLevel sub-account and each webhook counts as one connection, and they are counted together. The free plan includes 1, Monthly and Yearly 2, PLUS plans as many as you want. For example, a Systeme.io account and a webhook fit in Monthly; a Systeme.io account, a GoHighLevel sub-account and a webhook need PLUS. A connection already in place is never cut off: when your plan is full, you simply cannot add another one.

Systeme.io

  1. In your Systeme.io account, create an API key. Give it a clear name such as "Tiquiz", so you can revoke it on its own if needed.
  2. In Tiquiz, Settings > Connections > Systeme.io: paste the key and name it.

One key is enough for all your quizzes.

For each new lead, Tiquiz:

  1. looks the contact up by email, then creates it or updates first name, last name, phone and country;
  2. applies the result tag. If that tag does not exist yet in Systeme.io, Tiquiz creates it;
  3. creates your custom fields if needed (their name starts with "tiquiz") and writes the answer;
  4. enrols the contact in a course or community, only if you chose it on that result;
  5. also applies your share tag if the person shares your quiz.

GoHighLevel

Settings > Connections > GoHighLevel > Connect. You sign in to GoHighLevel and pick the sub-account. One connection per sub-account: an agency can connect several, and each one counts as one connection on your plan. The contact is created or updated in the chosen sub-account, with its tags and custom fields. Step-by-step guide: https://tiquiz.fr/integrations/gohighlevel

Custom fields not arriving in GoHighLevel? Reading and writing those fields is a separate permission. A GoHighLevel connection made before 16 September 2026 does not have it, and it cannot be added afterwards. Go to Settings > Connections > GoHighLevel, remove the sub-account, then connect it again: the permission is requested at that moment. Tags arrive even without it, which is why you see tags but not fields. Then the Send again button on a lead's row (in My leads) sends the full record again, without duplicates.

The webhook: Make, n8n, Zapier, your site

The webhook sends each lead to any tool that can receive data.

  1. Settings > Connections > Webhook: a name, the address your tool gives you (it starts with https://), and a secret header if your tool asks for one.
  2. Click Test the webhook: you see straight away whether your tool received the sample lead.
  3. In your quiz, pick this webhook as the lead destination.

Each lead goes out as JSON with the contact, the profile obtained (profile and profile_tag fields), the score, every answer, your custom fields and the tags. A send also goes out on each share and each resend from My leads. If your server does not answer, Tiquiz retries twice.

For Brevo, Mailchimp, HubSpot or Google Sheets, go through Make or n8n, which create the contact with the right tag. Make has a free plan; Zapier webhooks need a paid Zapier plan. Systeme.io and GoHighLevel do not need the webhook: their connection is direct. Step-by-step guide: https://tiquiz.fr/integrations/webhook

A tag triggers nothing on its own

Tiquiz applies the tag. For something to happen next (an email sequence, course access, a bonus), create an automation in your tool that starts on that tag:

  • Systeme.io: a workflow, trigger "Tag added", then the action you want (subscribe to an email campaign, send an email...).
  • GoHighLevel: a workflow, trigger "Contact Tag" with the "Tag Added" filter.

Each quiz's Automate tab gives you the exact list of tags to use, and the steps.

When testing: Systeme.io does not re-fire an automation if the tag is already on the contact. Before each new test with the same email, remove the tag by hand in Systeme.io > Contacts.

If a connection drops

If a tool cuts the connection (key revoked, access removed), you get one email, and the connection card shows Disconnected. Reconnect it in Settings > Connections: sending resumes. To resend the leads that arrived in between, use Sync all in My leads.

Keeping your keys safe

What Tiquiz does with your Systeme.io key: look a contact up by email, create it or update its details, create and apply your quizzes' tags, create and fill your custom fields, enrol the contact in a course or community if you chose it. Read-only, for the editor: your list of tags, courses and communities.

What Tiquiz never does: delete a contact or a tag, unsubscribe anyone, touch your pages, funnels, sites, courses, campaigns, emails or automations.

How they are stored: your Systeme.io keys, GoHighLevel connections and webhook secrets are encrypted (AES-256-GCM) before being saved. They are never shown again, not even to you: for Systeme.io, only the last 4 characters are displayed. Only the server decrypts them, when sending a lead.

Removing them: deleting a key or connection erases it at once, and deleting your account erases all your keys. You can also revoke the key directly in Systeme.io: access stops immediately.
