Free Typeform Alternative: 4 Options Compared (2026)

Typeform's free plan stops at 100 responses a month. Four alternatives compared for forms and quizzes: what each free plan really allows, what it connects to, and which one fits your use case.

In short

Typeform's free plan stops at 100 responses a month, and removing its branding starts at €49 a month. What should replace it depends entirely on what you do with it.

For forms: Tally is the most generous free alternative, with unlimited forms and responses. Google Forms is still the simplest for an internal questionnaire.

For a quiz that captures and segments leads: Tiquiz, €17 a month for unlimited, and the only one of the four whose free plan already connects to both Systeme.io and GoHighLevel. Quizify does the job too, with the autoresponder connection from €29 a month.

You are looking for a Typeform alternative. Probably for one of two reasons: the 100 responses a month on the free plan that melt away in a week, or the €49 a month it takes to get its logo off your forms.

Before the options, one question, because it decides everything: do you want a form, or a quiz?

A form collects. A quote request, a signup, a client brief.

A quiz gives something back: a result, a profile, a diagnosis. That trade is what makes someone hand over their email, and what tells you who they are.

They do not replace each other. Here is the best tool in each case, and I will tell you plainly when mine is the wrong call.

Full disclosure. Tiquiz is my tool, so I am biased. Every pricing page is linked at the bottom so you can check the current figures yourself.

What Typeform's free plan actually gives you

A hundred responses a month. Past that, the form stops accepting answers until the next month.

Paid plans go up from there, and the one that removes the Typeform branding from your forms is Plus, at €49 a month. That matters more than it sounds: a lead magnet carrying someone else's logo is a lead magnet that advertises for them.

And Typeform does not connect to Systeme.io directly. You go through Zapier or Make, and a multi-step Zap, which is what you need for a different tag per result, requires Zapier's Professional plan, at €27 a month. Around €76 a month in total, before you have captured a single lead.

Tally: the best free Typeform alternative for forms

Pick it if you want clean forms, for free, with no response limit. Its free plan is the most generous of the four ("within reasonable use", Tally notes), conditional logic included.

Skip it if you want to capture leads inside Systeme.io: Tally does not connect to it directly, so you need Zapier or Make behind it. And taking its logo off means €25 a month.

My take: for a client brief or a signup, this is what I recommend. Details on the Tally + Systeme.io page.

Google Forms: the simplest Typeform alternative

Pick it if it is for internal use: a team survey, an event signup, a satisfaction questionnaire.

Skip it if you want a good-looking experience or you want to capture leads: the design is minimal, and connecting to Systeme.io needs a middleman. See Google Forms + Systeme.io.

Quizify: a very complete Typeform alternative

Pick it if you sell on Shopify: its product recommendation quiz is its strong suit. Or if you need conditional logic, meaning paths that change with the answers.

Skip it if you want to move fast. I tested it: it is a very complete tool, and that richness costs you time learning it. You also have to watch which tier each feature falls into, because the autoresponder connection and the branding removal start at €29 a month, and GoHighLevel at €49.

I compared the two tools in detail in Tiquiz vs Quizify.

Tiquiz: the Typeform alternative for quizzes that capture leads

Pick it if you want a quiz that captures leads and files them away by itself in Systeme.io or GoHighLevel, with the right tag for each profile. You give your subject, the AI writes the questions, the options and the result profiles, you read it over, you publish. Count about ten minutes for your first quiz, and €17 a month when you want unlimited leads and your name alone at the bottom of the page.

Skip it if you need a complex form (a quote, a signup with payment) or conditional logic: Tiquiz is deliberately simple, and it is a quiz tool, not a form builder. In that case, take Tally.

So which Typeform alternative should you pick?

  • A form, free, with no cap: Tally.
  • A quick internal questionnaire: Google Forms.
  • A quiz for a Shopify store: Quizify.
  • A quiz that captures and segments your leads in Systeme.io or GoHighLevel, in minutes: Tiquiz.

And if you are still hesitating, the opening question nearly always settles it: form, or quiz?

The Typeform alternative, by what you need

  • Unlimited free form, then Tally
  • Internal questionnaire, then Google Forms
  • Quiz for a Shopify store, then Quizify
  • Quiz that captures and tags your leads in Systeme.io or GoHighLevel, then Tiquiz

FAQ · Typeform alternatives

What is the best free Typeform alternative?

For forms, Tally: unlimited forms and responses on its free plan. For a quiz that captures leads, Tiquiz, free to start, with the Systeme.io and GoHighLevel connections included.

What is the easiest Typeform alternative for quizzes?

Tiquiz: you give your subject, the AI writes the questions, the options and the result profiles, and you publish the same day. It is a quiz tool, not a replacement for complex forms.

Typeform or Tally?

Tally if you want unlimited free forms. Typeform if you care about its design and its response quota is enough for you. Neither, if what you want is a quiz with result profiles.

Does Typeform connect to Systeme.io?

Not directly: you go through Zapier or Make, and a different tag per result needs a multi-step Zap, which is Zapier's paid Professional plan. The details are on the Typeform + Systeme.io page.

What is the difference between a form and a quiz?

A form collects information. A quiz gives one back (a profile, a score, a diagnosis), and that trade is what makes the difference in how many emails you actually collect.

How long does it take to build a quiz with a Typeform alternative?

With Tiquiz, you give your subject and the AI writes the questions, the options and the profiles. Count about ten minutes to get your first quiz online, reading it over included.
