Jotform for a Quiz: Review, Free Plan and Limits With Systeme.io

Jotform builds graded quizzes. But its free plan keeps 500 responses in total, the first plan without its branding costs €39 a month, and Systeme.io goes through Zapier. The full review and when to pick something else.

In short

Jotform is an excellent Swiss Army knife of forms, with automatic grading for quizzes. For a sign-up, a payment or a graded course quiz, it does the job.

For a quiz that captures leads, two limits show up fast: the free plan keeps 500 responses in total (not per month, in total), and it doesn't connect directly to Systeme.io. The first paid plan is €39 a month.

If your goal is to fill your Systeme.io list with leads tagged by result, a connected quiz tool like Tiquiz saves you time and money.

In this article

You've almost certainly come across Jotform: a sign-up form, a quote request, an intake form. It's everywhere, and it can do everything.

So why not your quiz?

It's a genuinely good question, and the answer depends on one thing: what your quiz has to do AFTER the last question. Let me explain, and I'll give you my verdict at the end.

What is Jotform?

Jotform is an online form builder that also builds quizzes with automatic grading.

Think of a giant toolbox. Forms, payments, documents to sign, graded quizzes, personality tests: Jotform has a tool for almost every need. Its quiz page highlights automatic grading and conditional logic to adapt questions to answers.

That's its strength. It's also its limit for you: a tool that does everything isn't cut for anything in particular. And a quiz that sells is a craft of its own.

Jotform's free plan: the 500-response trap

Here's what the free plan (Starter) gives you, according to Jotform's pricing page checked October 2, 2026:

  • 5 active forms
  • 100 submissions a month
  • 500 stored submissions in total
  • 10,000 views a month
  • Jotform branding on your forms

The line that matters is the third one. 500 stored submissions isn't per month: it's the size of your filing cabinet. Once it's full, you empty it or you pay.

For a contact form, that's plenty. For a quiz you want running for months on your homepage, it's a ceiling you'll hit right when things start working.

How much does Jotform cost?

PlanPrice per month (monthly)Active formsSubmissions per monthJotform branding
Starter€05100Yes
Bronze€39251,000Removable
Silver€49502,500Removable
Gold€12910010,000Removable

On annual billing, prices drop to €34, €39 and €99 a month. What I take from it for you: for a quiz without Jotform's logo, count at least €39 a month on monthly billing.

Jotform and Systeme.io: what happens after the quiz

Jotform doesn't connect directly to Systeme.io. You go through Zapier, which offers a "New Submission" trigger on the Jotform side and a "Create or update a contact with tags" action on the Systeme.io side.

That works to send a contact over. But if you want them to arrive with the tag of THEIR result (and that's the whole point of a quiz), it's up to you to build the Zapier rule that reads the result and picks the tag. One rule per result, one more subscription, and settings to redo every time your quiz changes.

And that's where everything else plays out: a lead tagged by result gets the right email sequence. An untagged lead gets the same newsletter as everyone else, and all the quiz's work is lost.

Read this table like this: Jotform wins on breadth, Tiquiz on depth. One does a hundred things. The other does one, the quiz that segments your leads, and does it all the way.

In Tiquiz, the tag applied automatically for each result profile, and the Systeme.io or GoHighLevel account the leads go to

My verdict

Keep Jotform for your forms: sign-ups, payments, documents to sign, graded quizzes for your courses. It's excellent there.

Use Tiquiz for your lead quiz if your contacts are in Systeme.io or GoHighLevel. You pay less (€17 a month instead of €39), there's no 500-stored-response ceiling to watch, and every lead arrives with the right tag, without Zapier. With Tiquiz PLUS, the AI also analyses the answers and suggests what to work on.

The two live together very well: one tool for forms, one tool for the quiz.

Launch your first quiz today

The hardest part of a quiz isn't the tool: it's starting. So let's keep it simple:

  1. Create your free Tiquiz account, no credit card.
  2. Tell the AI who your quiz is for and what it should reveal: it writes the questions and profiles.
  3. Connect Systeme.io and pick each profile's tag.
  4. Publish. Your first tagged lead can arrive today.

It doesn't need to be perfect. It needs to be live.
